Hi Recently I discovered This Software.
I Really Love The Software Itself. The Encode Quality is Staxrip like !
The problem here is i can't have two Subtitles on one File
I need to have more than one Language on my MKV file.
I don't know if this is possible with this software, i haved try some Setting and nothing worked.
I had the same issue with the audio but i ressolved it quickly.
Yeah i already know This ! Thanks. But It's a extra step when the Source File have multisubs and after the encode you need to Remux because you loose it all in the process. it's okay when is one or two file But when Is like 100 Files its a little Too Much
Try this relatively new software: MKV Muxing Batch GUI
The most recent version is 2.3.
I just came upon this one while searching for batch muxing mkv files, so I myself have never used it.
You just give it a try and feedback at the developer's site.

If you'd like to include(=mux) multiple subs in an mkv file, it's highly recommended you use MKVToolNix GUI.
