샤나보컬리무버 최종 사용자 이용약관
샤나보컬리무버(이하 "소프트웨어")를 사용하기 전에 자세히 읽으십시오. 최종 사용자 이용약관(이하 "이용약관)은 "소프트웨어" 개발자 이리나(이하 "개발자")와 개인 혹은 법인(이하 "사용자") 간에 체결된 "소프트웨어"에 대한 법적인 계약입니다. 본 "소프트웨어"를 다운로드하는 것은 "사용자"가 "이용약관"을 읽고, 이해했으며 이에 동의함을 의미합니다.
1. 이용
"소프트웨어"는 개인/기업/학교/관공서 등 어디서나 자유롭게 사용할 수 있습니다.
2. 저작권
1) "소프트웨어"에 대한 권리 및 소유권은 "개발자"가 소유합니다. "소프트웨어"는 대한민국의 저작권법과 국제 저작권 협약의 보호를 받습니다.
2) "사용자"는 관련 법규에서 명시적으로 허용한 제한적인 범위를 벗어나 "소프트웨어"를 개작하거나 리버스 엔지니어링, 디컴파일, 디스어셈블 할 수 없습니다. (단, FFmpeg의 라이선스는 LGPLv3를 따릅니다.)
3) "사용자"는 "소프트웨어"를 상업적 용도로 되팔 수 없으며, "소프트웨어"에 포함된 모든 파일들을 변형하지 않은 상태에서만 프로그램의 재배포가 가능합니다.
3. 인터넷 기반 서비스
1) "소프트웨어"는 정상적 작동의 일부로서 인터넷을 통해 통신을 실행하는 기능이 포함되어 있습니다.
2) "소프트웨어"는 인터넷을 통해 최신 버전을 확인하고 샤나 웹사이트(https://shana.pe.kr, 이하 "웹사이트")의 최신 게시물 정보를 가져옵니다.
3) "소프트웨어"는 인터넷을 통해 "웹사이트"를 표시하며, 광고가 표시될 수 있습니다.
4. 책임의 한계
1) "소프트웨어"의 이용은 전적으로 "사용자"의 재량에 의하여 수행되며, 그에 따른 모든 문제 발생의 위험 또한 "사용자"가 부담합니다.
2) "사용자"는 자신의 중요한 데이터를 보호하기 위해 백업과 같은 보호 조치를 취해야 합니다. "개발자"는 "사용자"가 "소프트웨어"를 사용하는 과정에서 "소프트웨어"의 오류 혹은 "사용자" 과실로 발생하는 모든 데이터의 손실에 대한 책임을 지지 않습니다.
3) "개발자"는 "소프트웨어"의 보안 및 성능에 대해 보증을 하지 않으며, 미래에 "소프트웨어"에 발생할 모든 오류가 수정될 것이라는 보증을 하지 않습니다.
4) "개발자"는 "소프트웨어"의 사용 또는 사용 불가능으로 인해 발생하는 모든 종류의 손해(결과적, 부수적, 간접적인 손실 및 손해를 포함하되 이에 국한되지 않음)에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
5. 계약 종료
1) "사용자"가 "이용약관"을 준수하지 않을 경우 이용권 계약은 자동으로 종료됩니다. 이러한 계약 종료의 효력 발생에는 어떠한 통지도 필요하지 않습니다.
2) "사용자"는 언제라도 "소프트웨어" 삭제를 통하여 본 "소프트웨어" 이용에 대한 계약을 종료할 수 있습니다.

ShanaVocalRemover End User License Agreement
Please read carefully before using ShanaVocalRemover (the "Software"). This End User License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal agreement for the "Software" between the "Software" developer LEE RINA (the "Developer") and the individual or corporation (the "User"). Download this "Software" means that the "User" has read, understand and agrees to the "Agreement".
1. Use
This "Software" can be freely used anywhere, including individuals/companies/schools/government offices.
2. Copyright
1) The rights and ownership of the "Software" are owned by the "Developer". "Software" is protected by the copyright laws of the Republic of Korea and international copyright conventions.
2) The "User" may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the "Software" beyond the limited scope expressly permitted by relevant laws and regulations. (However, FFmpeg is licensed under LGPLv3.)
3) The "User" cannot resell the "Software" for commercial purposes, and redistribution is permitted only without modifying all files included in the "Software".
3. Internet-based services
1) This "Software" includes a function that executes communications over the Internet as a part of normal operation.
2) This "Software" checks for the latest version over the Internet and gets the latest post information from the Shana Website (https://shana.pe.kr, the "Website").
3) This "Software" displays the "Website" over the Internet, and advertisements may be displayed.
4. Limitation of responsibility
1) The use of "Software" shall be performed entirely under the sole discretion of the "User", and the risk of any possible problems followed by the performance shall also be taken by the "User".
2) The "User" shall take proper measures (including and not limited to back up) to protect the important data. The "Developer" shall not take any responsibility for the loss of any data which is occurred by any error of "Software" or mistake of the "User" during the process of using the "Software" by the "User".
3) The "Developer" does not guarantee the security and performance of "Software", and does not guarantee that all errors which occur on the "Software" in the future would be corrected.
4) The "Developer" is not liable for any damages of any kind (including and not limited to consequential, incidental, indirect losses and damages) arising out of the use of or inability to use the "Software".
5. Termination of contract
1) If the "User" does not comply with the "Agreement", the license agreement is automatically terminated. No notice is required for such termination to be effective.
2) The "User" may terminate the contract regarding for use of this "Software" at any time by deleting the "Software".
