硬件解码会不会影响压缩之后视频质量

我想知道，纯用CPU软解和压制，和现在这个用硬件解码如何纯CPU压制有什么区别，后者会不会影响成品质量，我用的5800x，之前解码压制都纯cpu HEVC压制cpu占用差不多95%GPU基本占用0，现在用N卡解码cpu压制HEVC，CPU90%，GPU30，但效率好像没什么区别

    根据长期的使用来看，使用硬件解码会出现不稳定情况，如：花屏、色彩改变等；编码速度问题，如果编码小分辨率文件，能看到速度加成，大的或高码率的与软解差不多，可能这就是带宽的影响吧。
