求助，为什么突然视频转换的时间暴增？

如题，我之前将一个5GB,2小时左右的视频转换HEVC格式，只需要一至一个半小时左右，但是大约从上周开始，同样大小的视频，需要七八小时甚至更久。期间也没有更改过参数里的设置，我使用的是软件默认的参数，只是把视频格式选了MP4。求助，这是什么情况，应该怎么解决？

    查看一下CPU的占用和功耗都正常吗

    跟你的情况一样 上周同视频压制速率正常，这两天突然特别慢 慢了2倍以上

    检查下原始录制视频的帧率，帧率太高的话也会很慢的，正常影视25帧就够用，教程视频8-15帧就够用了
