Hello everyone 
when I activate the subtitles of a video, the conversion only starts after 10 to 20 minutes, but when I deactivate the subtitles, the conversion starts immediately.

 

I think it takes time because shanaencoder extracts the subtitles before starting the conversion but it takes a lot of time for forced subtitles of a movie.
