안녕하세요, 비트레이트 관련 글 검색해서 다 읽어봤지만 해결이 안되서 글 남깁니다 ㅠ
원본 파일 비트레이트가 30000이면 똑같이 30000으로 인코딩 하고 싶어서 설정에서 똑같이 비트레이트를 설정해봐도 결과물 보면 비트레이트가 18000입니다.
왜 그런 걸까요?? 비트레이트 설정값이 평균값이라는데...
비트레이트 똑같이 인코딩 하는 방법이 있을까요??
