When we talk about 'hardware decoding', CPU is not listed as an option. Instead, CPU decoding is more properly referred to as 'software decoding'.
ShanaEncoder falls back on CPU for decoding when none of the hardware decoding options are selected, in accordance with what FFmpeg does. Therefore, the proposed extra item in hardware decoding is pretty much redundant.
