Is it possible to hardsub using an external subtitle file? I can't find anywhere to import external subs.

The filename of the subtitle file should be the same as the video file. Then it will be automatically recognized by ShanaEncoder.
If there are multiple subtitles, right click on the file in the list then click [Subtitle selection].
