문의내용: H264 혹은 H265로 변환하여 써야되는데 지속적으로 오류가 발생됩니다. 매개변수에 인코딩 설정에 뭐 입력해보라는 다른 게시글이 보여서 그것도 해보고 삭제 후 재설치 및 컴퓨터 포멧 후 재다운로드까지 다 해봤는데 지속적으로 오류가 발생합니다.
+ 추가: 일주일 정도 전까지만 해도 잘만 변환했었는데 어느날부터 갑자기 안 됐었습니다.
