주로 아무생각없이 MP4형식으로 비디오는 스트림복사

오디오는 AAC LC로 인코딩을 합니다. 오디오쪽은 문제가 없는것 같고 비디오 포멧형식이 달라서인듯합니다.

스트림 복사로만 하다보니 인코딩후에 재생이 되는게 있고 안되는게 있는것 같네요. 

원본영상 화질과 가장 가깝게 인코딩을 하려면 프리셋 쪽에서 어떤것을 건드려야 할까요?

티비는 LG전자 50LF6500(사용중) // LG전자 40UF7700 (구입예정) 

이라 위 TV에서 재생되는 프리셋으로 사용하여야 할것 같습니다.
