This bug creates corrupted files in Windows using the Segment feature in the current patch 5.0.0.4

I was cutting up long mkv videos into shorter ones. My settings are set to copy video and copy audio in the mkv format.

In the "Set Segment/Crop" setting when you put your start time as a time outside the video's length, ShanaEncoder will encode a corrupted file.

I can not move or delete this file.

The video length was 1:30 and I put the start time for 55:00.

I did not have save log on.

I did not remove Meta Data

I should also mention that this file can not be deleted and it is making file exporer act really weirdly.

There was no problem deleting files and no explorer problems.

Check the codec installed on Windows.

There seems to be a problem with the codec or splitter.
