It seems that the list of files is not saved and it is impossible to continue. The list should be re-listed.

Recovering the file list after errors.
I am interested as well since I often re-encode files a lot of times and leave them in the queue list for days/weeks just to keep settings that I tweak.
Even though my uptime is on average a month, I still have to reboot, close ShanaEncoder, and it is a pain to maintain the list.
Creating a profile for each file is not practical the way it works now (especially when you have to resave it with changes). The whole tasks queue should be persistent.
