maxrate对rc=abr不起效果，仅在cbr、vbr有效？

maxrate对rc=abr不起效果，仅在cbr、vbr有效？

 

测试用cbr、vbr模式确实可以控制

 

帖子补充，，bufsize值设置小一点就行了，就可以控制了，比如平均码率的2倍（代表2秒检测一次）
