with the key S I go one frame step forward. Which button we go one frame back to Set segmet / crop (Q)

    There doesn't seem to be a shortcut that does frame-by-frame back. Instead, you can use the 'key frame back & frame-by-frame forward' combination, or refer to the frames list in the bottom pane.
