When ever I install shanaencoder 4.9 (and older versions) into windows 10's C:\Program Files or C:\Program Files (x86) shana is unable to have files dropped into it. This problem can be solved by installing shana anyware else. It's just something I have noticed. I have tryied this on 3 PC's and replicated the same results every time.
