如何永久的设置ShanaEncoder.sha CPU相关性，所使用的CPU核心。
每次开始新的任务，都会被ShanaEncoder重新刷新覆盖掉，如何永久化的执行CPU核心控制
某位大佬给的方法，可是不会用，，只能来论坛求方法或者软件更新。

在ShanaEncoder中我只找到了进程优先级，但是他并没办法控制具体使用的CPU核心数量。

음.. 제가 보니까.. 건의사항 같은거 같아요..
지금은 글쓴님이 샤나인코더 실행 후 사용하고자 하는 CPU의 코어를 선택하고 있지만..
샤나인코더를 실행할때마다 초기화 되고..
샤나인코더에서는 프로세스 우선순위밖에 설정이 안되고 상세히 코어를 설정할 수 는 없다..
저기 써져있는 URL을 참조하여 지원가능할까요? 라는 글인거 같아요..
