在合并视频的时候 希望添加一个检查视频码率或者一些参数是否符合的选项
如果有些视频不符合同等码率和参数 那么执行此文件的编码后再合并
因为如果码率或者其他参数 多个视频合并参数不一样的时候 合并后的视频会出现画面声音不同步问题
