合并视频的一些问题

在合并视频的时候希望添加一个检查视频码率或者一些参数是否符合的选项

如果有些视频不符合同等码率和参数那么执行此文件的编码后再合并

因为如果码率或者其他参数多个视频合并参数不一样的时候合并后的视频会出现画面声音不同步问题

合并的预设不要使用复制模式，例如选择hevc，此时就会编码后在合并
