Feature request: watch/monitor folder

I've used ShanaEncoder a lot for encoding videos, really nice and reliable tool!!! And it has been a tremendous help for me.

It would be awesome if it could have functions to monitor a folder and automatically encode videos. (similar to Adobe Media Encoder's 'watch folder' feature)
