win7在软件设置时随机死机

系统是win7 64位,在6.0以上好几个版本中都出现以下问题:

在快速设置界面中,调节选项时(没有特定选项,随机发生),会随机发生系统死机,

这种死机平时没看见过,表现为,屏幕显示一切正常.但所有操作无反应,鼠标键盘无反应,所有程序出现停止状态,系统时钟也停止走动,只能关机.

正常时软件能正常工作,大概在调节快速设置选项时,几十次会碰到一次.调节时不管有没有在压片都会发生.
