新版本转换编码hev1和hvc1 的mp4视频问题

最近转换视频MP4为AVI ，发现编码是 hev1 或者 hvc1 的，转换速度特别慢，就是奇慢，转换效率也特别的低，时间变得越来越长，效率也越来越低，后面都基本变成低于1x ，都以0.5x 的速度处理。其他编码的视频都正常，没有这个问题。请问大家这是新版本的问题吗？还是hev1和hvc1 编码的问题？设置方面有没有处理的方法，或者其他方法?谢谢
