建议增加SVT-AV1软编和QSV-av1硬编

shanaencoder使用很方便，也很稳定，感谢rina的付出！

关于av1的两个编码建议增加：
1、intel支持的svt系列还不错，svt-av1现在的编码速度与x265非常接近了，质量也不错，现在达到了一般可用程度；
2、intel新的显卡arc系列支持硬件编码av1，质量也还不错。

请rina斟酌，多谢！
