Show only available codecs (Intel Quick Sync not available)

In "Quick settings" drop down for Codec all possible codecs are listed.

But they are not necessarily available on the current computer.

E.g. "H264 (QSV) Intel Qucik Sync" is sometimes not available.

It would be user friendly if only available codecs are listed
