key frame not in seconds but as usual in frames

As far as I can see keyframes in "Quick Settings" must be set in seconds.

Usually this value is set in number frames not seconds.

This is confusing.

I suggest to switch back to usual frames value.

Furthermore it should be said if min keyframes or max keyframes are meant
