修改视频编码时间加入 -timestamp 20161111t101111z
数字2016指年份1111指11月11日101111指10点11分11秒，自己设置需要的时间，这是编码时间只有在视频信息里可以看到用mediainfo或者potplayer查看视频信息才能看到，用电脑直接看属性看不到的
