已切换对应的版本还不行，确定你原文件是常用的视频音频格式，如mp4.mkv等可以更换原文件测试，爱奇艺腾讯私有格式是不能被识别的，最好截图原文件，还有这里聊天不方便，百度shanaencoder贴吧发帖

如方法都不行，考虑系统问题或者软件版本问题，我用5.2.1.4没问题

还真是电脑问题，另外一台电脑可以拖，我的就不行，都是win10系统，搞不懂

有可能是精简了些东西，可以安装系统运行库试试 https://apphot.cc/11075.html

非常感谢！终于搞定，应该我电脑安装的软件起冲突导致不能拖动打开，后来按网上方法修改注册表就好了。
