I can't load videos into Shana Encoder, I'm using RDP (OS: Windows Server 2012 R2). Can anyone help me?

    If you see the message "The program can't start because MFPlat.DLL is missing from your computer.",

    You must enable the Windows Server Essentials Experience from Control Panel -> Turn Windows features on or off -> Server Roles and install the Windows Server Essentials Media Pack.
