Why does the video go around 90 degrees when I just encode it without touching other things? It was a video with a full body from head to toe, but it rotated 90 degrees counterclockwise. What do I do not want to rotate it?

The rotate info is written in the container metadata and ignored by Shana Encoder for the convenience of simple video editing and re-encoding.
You can re-rotate the video in Quick Settings as follows:
To check if the output will be correctly oriented, you can right click on the file in the list and run Preview as follows:
