WMV 파일에서 MP4로 인코딩을 하려하는데 오류가 나옵니다..

이게 매개변수 인코딩 설정인데 맨 마지막줄은 찾아보다가 이걸 해보라고 하셔서 해봤는데 안됩니다 ㅠㅠ
