동일한 프리셋으로 영상을 인코딩하면 영상에 따라 시작하자마자 바로 인코딩 오류가 뜹니다.
대개는 .MKV / .ASF 등 같은 파일이고요. MP4 및 AVI는 인코딩 오류가 발생하지 않아요.
원본 영상에 문제가 있는 걸까요? 아니면 제가 설정을 잘못한 걸까요?

mp4 형식은 MPEG4, H.264, HEVC, AV1 (이상 비디오 스트림), AAC, MP3 (이상 오디오 스트림), 이 코덱들만 담을 수 있습니다. (정확히는, 현재 샤나인코더의 mp4 먹서가 지원하는 코덱들이 그것들밖에 없습니다.)
mp4 말고, 담을 수 있는 코덱 종류가 훨씬 다양한 mkv로 인코딩하세요.
