아래에 질문을 올렸던 사람입니다.
샤나 인코더로 인코딩을 하고 다시 올렸는데도 증상이 똑같습니다.
인코딩 옵션은 preset에서 삼성전자 갤럭시 프리셋을 불러와서
영상사이즈만 원래 사이즈로 바꿔서 인코딩 했습니다.
확인해보시면 더 좋은 방법이 있을까해서 유튜브 영상 주소도 올려드립니다.

해결방법 좀 알려주세요.. 오랬동안 해결이 안되고 있는 문제입니다.

교회에서 설교를 WMV로 녹화해서 팟인코더로 설교 부분만 잘라서 유튜브로 올리고 있습니다.
MP4로 변환해서 올리는데요. 유튜브로 올리고 나면 PC에서는 잘나오는데요.
스마트폰으로 들을때 이어폰을 끼지 않고 그냥 들으면 소리가 깨져서 나옵니다.
다른 영상들은 제대로 나오는데 제가 올린것만 그렇게 나오네요.
이거 코덱 설정을 어떻게 해야 될까요?
(OBS라는 동영상 녹화 프로그램으로 MP4로 바로 녹화해도 똑같네요)

어차피 유튜브에 올리실 거라면 필요한 부분만 잘라서 바로 유튜브에 올리시는 게 좋겠습니다. 올린 동영상을 어차피 유튜브도 한 번 더 인코딩을 거치므로 중간에 굳이 인코딩을 또 해서 화질/음질 열화를 초래할 필요는 없죠.
단지 필요한 부분만 자르는 과정이 필요하신 걸 텐데, 샤나에서 비디오 코덱과 오디오 코덱을 '스트림 복사'로 둘 다 맞춰놓고 파일을 오른쪽 클릭 -> [구간 설정/잘라내기]를 선택해서 구간 설정 창에서 시작점과 종료점을 설정하시고 적용하신 다음 인코딩을 진행하시면 코덱 변경 없이 구간 자르기만 하실 수 있습니다.
단지... wmv 파일이 스트림 복사로 구간 자르기가 되는지 제가 확실히는 잘 모르겠군요. wmv를 안 다뤄본 지 하도 오래돼서... 만약 안 되실 경우 반디컷이나 SolveigMM Video Splitter 같은 프로그램을 이용해 보십시오.
그리고 사족을 달자면... 샤나로 인코딩하실 때 프리셋 선택이 적절하지 않으셨던 것 같습니다. 요즘 나오는 스마트폰들은 PC용으로 인코딩된 동영상들도 무리없이 재생할 수 있으니 PC용으로 인코딩해 보시죠. H264에 퀄리티 22나 23, 프로파일은 high, 레벨은 auto, 프리셋은 medium, 튜닝은 none으로, 오디오는 AAC 코덱에 LC나 HE, 비트레이트는 128 이하, 스테레오에 샘플링 레이트 48000이나 44100 정도 주시면 될 것 같습니다.
엔비디아 그래픽 카드가 달린 시스템이시라면 H264(NVENC) 코덱을 선택하셔서 인코딩 시간을 대폭 줄이실 수도 있습니다. 비디오가 워낙 정적인 동영상이다 보니 하드웨어 가속 인코딩을 해도 화질 저하는 거의 없을 것 같네요. NVENC로 하실 때는 비트레이트 모드로 적절하게 비트레이트 값을 주시고 프리셋을 'slow'로 선택하시면 됩니다. 1080p 동영상으로 인코딩하고 싶으시다면 비트레이트 2000에서 2500 정도 줘도 괜찮을 듯싶군요.
단, 위에 말씀드린 인코딩 옵션들은 유튜브를 거치지 않고 본인이 직접 동영상을 인코딩해서 배포하실 경우에 해당하는 말씀입니다. 다시 한 번 말씀드리지만, 유튜브에 올릴 목적으로 만드는 동영상이라면 중간 인코딩을 거치지 마실 것을 권합니다.
