이 설정을 그대로 샤나인코더로 가져오려면 어떻게 해야 하나요?

그리고 가변 비트레이트로 인코딩 한 것 같은데요

최소 비트레이트가 2 386 kb/s, 최대 비트레이트가... 무려 15.2 Mb/s!!!

이 설정을 그대로 샤나 인코더로 가져 오는 방법 좀 알려주세요..
