Shanaencoder 6.0.1.7 does not see the second GEFORCE GTX 1050 TI video card, therefore it does not encode Nvenc 265 and 264, gives an error. Without using a video card, everything works. Are there any ways out? Old versions work stably, but encode one file.

I used the older version, but when I wanted to encode multiple files at once, I just opened the Shana Encoder program again and used it, and there were no problems. (Even if you open two or three, it works normally.)
