샤나인코더 설치후 모든 파일들을 다 시도해 봤는데 계속 오류가 뜹니다 윈도우10이구요

이 문제 어떻게 해결하는것이 좋을까요? mkv파일만 그런게 아니라 전체파일 다 변환이 안돼요ㅠㅠㅠ 빠른 답변 감사드리겠습니다

    프리셋을 어떤것을 사용 하셨는지 확인 후 적당한 프리셋 을 참조 하셔서.. 인코딩 해보세요 ^^

    오류가 발생한 상태에서 마우스 오른쪽 버튼을 누르고 기록 보기를 누르시면 인코딩 기록 창이 열리는데 안에 있는 내용들을 여기다가 알려주시면 확인 후 답변해 드릴게요.
