Resize -1 적용시 하단 띠 문제

원본영상은 1920 x 818 입니다.  수직사이즈 홀수 반올림 문제가 해결된 것으로 알고 있었는데 아니네요

 

 

 -vf "scale=640:-1:flags=fast_bilinear,setsar=1/1"

화면 하단에 색상 오류 띠 발생

문제없음
