ref 값을 바꾸려면 '코덱설정 - 고급설정'에서 'Reference Frames'값을 바꾸는 것 아닌가요?

아무리 인코딩을 해도 이 값이 4로 고정이 됩니다.

어떻게 해야 이 값을 바꿀 수 있을까요?
