TS파일을 인코딩하면 영상과 음성에 오류가 발생합니다.
MKV(h.264, mp3)로 인코딩하면 영상은 정지화면으로 계속 멎어있고, 음성은 묵음인데 플레이어에서 5초 건너뛰기하면 건너뛰기하는 순간에만 한 1초? 정도 짤막하게 나옵니다.
AVI(xvid, mp3)로 인코딩하면 영상은 정지화면, 음성은 정상적으로 나옵니다.
깨진파일복구 프리셋 이용하면 MKV 인코딩과 같은 현상이 발생합니다.

저는 그런경우는 진짜 헥사로 뜯어 고치는데
일단 손상복구프리셋도 안되면, 어딘가 비트가 꼬였을거같습니다.
