When i use preset provided by ShanaEncoder i can encode the video normally
But when i try to use custom preset and i hit start button to encode the video the status said "Error"
What wrong with this? i use Windows 10 (x64)

I'll fix it in the next version.
The Windows language for that country displays "dot" as "comma".
The problem is due to the use of comma, not dot in video quality value settings.

I change the decimal symbol from comma to dot in region and it's work
