Playback Error in ShanaEncoder 6.0.1.7 on Windows 10: "The ShanaFFplay has been terminated

I'm reaching out for some assistance with an issue I've encountered while using ShanaEncoder on my Windows 10 system. After importing a video into the software, I attempted to play it by double-clicking, but I received the following error message:

Notification The ShanaFFplay has been terminated. Playback does not finish when: parameters are invalid or file is in use by another process.

Here are the details of the software and system I am using:

• ShanaEncoder, English
• Current version: 6.0.1.7 (up to date)
• FFmpeg v2023.08.08.190
• CLR v4.0.30319.42000, TLS v1.2
• WebView2 Runtime v124.0.2478.67 x64
• Microsoft Windows NT 10.0.19045.0, 96dpi (100%)

I've checked to make sure that the file is not in use by another process, and I believe the parameters I'm using are correct. I'm not sure what's causing this issue, and I would really appreciate any guidance or suggestions on how to resolve it.

Has anyone else encountered this problem, or does anyone have any ideas on what might be going wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
