MKV 영상 자막포함 MP4로 인코딩 시 오류, 도와주세요

MKV 파일에 이미지 자막이 포함되어있습니다.

용량이 너무너무 커서 자막 포함시켜서 MP4로 변환하려는데 자꾸 오류가 뜨네요.

자막을 따로 선택하지 않고 MP4로 변환하는데는 문제가 없습니다. 근데..

자막 선택 후, 변환을 하면 자꾸 오류가 뜨고 아예 시작도 안되고, 변환이 안됩니다.

영상에 자막 입히기로 해서 MP4로 변환하는 방법 뭐 없을까요?
