해외 교민인데 동영상 재생 관련하여 급한 질문이 있습니다. 꼭 좀 봐주세요

안녕하세요.

 

해외에 살고 있는 교민입니다.

 

다름이 아니라 얼마전 집에 도둑이 드는 불상사가 발생하여서

경찰에 신고를 했었습니다.

 

그런데 문제는 저희 측에서 구해다 준 cctv 동영상(AVI) 파일이

자기네들 컴퓨터에서 재생이 안되니 자기들네 컴퓨터에서 더블 클릭했을 떄

자동으로 플레이 될 수 있게 만들어서 가져오란 것이었습니다.

 

하지만 경찰측 컴퓨터의 정보도 모른채 무엇으로 변환해야 하는지 아주 난감한 상황입니다.

아무래도 얘네들은 일반 윈도우 미디어 플레이어를 사용하는 것 같은데

그냥 MP4로 변환하면 일반 컴퓨터에서 플레이가 가능할까요...?
 

집 사람은 현지인이지만 만삭이라 경찰서에 방문이 어려워 저 혼자 맨발로 뛰어다니고 있습니다.

한국에서는 상상도 못 할 경찰의 태도이지만 외국인이니 그러려니합니다..

여러분의 도움이 간절히 필요합니다..
